Volunteers play an important role at this gym program by providing practical assistance and creating an interactive and motivated environment for the young adults with special needs. We hope that you will also challenge yourself and get a bit of a workout modelling the correct positions and participating in the sessions. In order to give the young adults with special needs the best experience we ask that volunteers to commit to as many regular sessions as possible. This allows volunteers to learn the needs and build rapport with the participants with special needs.
